Hoover Elementary School Hoots, a group that works on projects within the school and Ken-Ton community, decided to make the Ken-Ton Closet part of their Spring Community Project.

Mrs. Kaplan is a master teacher who has dedicated so much of her career — and her heart — to Hoover. She cares deeply for every child in her classroom and does everything she can to help each one succeed.

Maria is a great asset to our 8:1A classroom as an aide. Her calm, consistent presence is felt by the students and staff that work in that room. Maria's understanding of the students at Hoover is clear by her support and the growth that they make each year.
